JL Ace Terms and Conditions — Rules for Filipino Players

By creating a JL Ace account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature on jlace.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. Your acceptance is recorded at the time of account registration and applies to all subsequent activity on your account.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must not use the JL Ace platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JL Ace.

To register and maintain an account on JL Ace, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JL Ace strictly prohibits minors from registering or using any platform feature. Age verification is required during registration and may be requested again at any point.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines. JL Ace is licensed and operated for the Philippine market. Players accessing from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so in violation of these Terms and local law.
• You must be acting as an individual and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a corporate entity or as a professional gambling service.
• You must not be self-excluded from JL Ace or excluded from Philippine online gaming services under any regulatory or court order.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of JL Ace or its parent, affiliated, or subsidiary entities.

Each person is permitted to hold one JL Ace account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid government-issued ID details when requested. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — is a material breach of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. JL Ace will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You must notify JL Ace immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, unless you have formally notified JL Ace of unauthorised access.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access your account — is prohibited. All activity on your account is treated as your own, regardless of who performed it.
• JL Ace may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected.

JL Ace accepts deposits only in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different person — are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your account reviewed.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only and are not eligible for interest. JL Ace does not act as a financial institution.
• JL Ace does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back deposits will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of funds already wagered.

Withdrawals from your JL Ace account are processed only to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name that appears on your verified JL Ace account. Withdrawal to a third party's GCash, bank account, or any other payment instrument is not permitted.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱500 for bank transfers.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day including Philippine public holidays.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay) are processed within 30 minutes during standard banking hours and within 2 hours outside banking hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal and may be required again if your account shows unusual activity patterns.
• JL Ace reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending review if fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering indicators are detected. In such cases, we will notify you within 24 hours of the delay and provide a reason where legally permitted to do so.
• Bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.

JL Ace offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

• One bonus per player: Bonuses are limited to one claim per household, device, IP address, GCash number, and payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the stated figure before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier is stated in each offer.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The eligible games and their contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the wagering requirement attached to them expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are removed without compensation.
• Abuse: JL Ace reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if we determine that a player is abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy intended to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome.
• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Pesos only and cannot be converted to any other currency.

All bets placed on JL Ace — whether in card games, live casino, or sports betting sections — are subject to the specific game or event rules displayed in the relevant game lobby. The following general rules apply across all JL Ace games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be amended or cancelled after it has been submitted to the game engine or accepted by the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. JL Ace reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game — including disconnection, server interruption, or power outage — JL Ace will settle bets based on the game state at the time of failure as recorded by our servers. If the game state cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious errors in odds, payouts, or game results caused by software malfunction are void. JL Ace will correct such errors as soon as they are identified and will notify affected players.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
• Collusion between players in any multiplayer game — including Tongits, Pusoy, and Poker — is prohibited. JL Ace monitors game data for collusion patterns and will act on confirmed cases.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JL Ace. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating more than one account on JL Ace, regardless of the method used to do so.
• Providing false identity, age, or residency information during registration or verification.
• Using JL Ace to launder money or process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover an error, you must report it to support and refrain from using it.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with JL Ace games or to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in card games, poker, or any multiplayer format.
• Making chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against JL Ace after wagering deposited funds.
• Accessing JL Ace from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward other players or JL Ace staff in any in-game chat or communication channel.

JL Ace is not liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits or opportunity; or losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or acts of god.

JL Ace may suspend or permanently close any account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity documents.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A regulatory or law enforcement direction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered withdrawal method within 14 business days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of JL Ace that cannot be resolved by our customer support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

JL Ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
